Core Roles and Responsibilities:
- Making, shaping and Baking fresh pizzas for our Hungry GOATs.
- Assisting in tasks around the kitchen; including ingredient prep and stock checks, and of course keeping the place fresh, clean and tidy.
- Working with the pub team to develop our service patterns and paths.
- Adding your thoughts to developing our Pizza menu, seasonal specials and other one-offs.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- A passion for food and all things Pizza.
- You enjoy teamwork, and have an exemplary "hands-on" mentality.
- You identify with our brand and product and can explain it enthusiastically.
Qualifications and Key Features of the Role:
- At least 2 years of experience in a full-concession gastronomy kitchen.
- Ideally having worked lovingly with a Pizza oven.
