Core Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Making, shaping and Baking fresh pizzas for our Hungry GOATs.
  • Assisting in tasks around the kitchen; including ingredient prep and stock checks, and of course keeping the place fresh, clean and tidy.
  • Working with the pub team to develop our service patterns and paths.
  • Adding your thoughts to developing our Pizza menu, seasonal specials and other one-offs.
Required Skills and Abilities:
  • A passion for food and all things Pizza.
  • You enjoy teamwork, and have an exemplary "hands-on" mentality.
  • You identify with our brand and product and can explain it enthusiastically.
Qualifications and Key Features of the Role:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a full-concession gastronomy kitchen.
  • Ideally having worked lovingly with a Pizza oven.
