1. Organizer

‍The "Free Beer for a Year" Promotion is organized by The Baby Goat Beer GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "The Organizer"), located in Hamburg, Germany.

‍2. Eligibility

‍2.1. Participation is open to residents of the 'Bundesland' (State) Hamburg, Germany, aged 18 years or older, as of the date of entry.
2.2. Employees of The Organizer, their immediate family members, and any agencies or companies directly involved in the administration of the promotion are excluded from participation.

‍3. Promotion Period

‍The promotion 'entry' period runs from February 7th, 2025, to April 30th, 2025. All entries must be submitted within this time frame.

‍4. How to Enter

‍4.1. Entry into the promotion is free.
4.2. Participants may enter by 30th April 2025

5. Prize Details

‍The winner of the promotion will receive the following:
5.1. Free Baby Goat Beer in Pubs:

• ‍Unlimited Baby Goat Beer (beer currently available on tap or in bottles) at any Baby Goat Pub for 365 days from the date of the prize draw.
• Friends and family accompanying the winner will receive a 10% "Friends & Family" discount.

5.2. Monthly Beer Allowance at Home:

• A maximum of 16L of cans or bottles of The Baby Goat beer delivered monthly to the winner's address in the region of Hamburg.
• Delivery is available once per month and includes only the beers available at the time of order.

5.3. Tapping Machine for Events:

• ‍Access to a tapping machine and one free keg of Baby Goat Beer for two private events hosted by the winner within the 365-day prize period.
• Events may be hosted at the winner's location or at a Baby Goat Pub, subject to availability.
• Event bookings must be made 4–6 weeks in advance.

‍6. Prize Restrictions

‍6.1. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other products or services not explicitly mentioned.

6.2. Unused monthly allowances or event benefits will not roll over to subsequent months.

‍7. Winner Selection and Notification
7.1. The winner will be chosen at random in a prize draw conducted on April 30th, 2025.

7.2. The winner will be notified via email or phone within seven (7) days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days or fails to claim the prize, an alternative winner will be selected.

‍8. Winner Responsibilities

‍8.1. The winner must provide proof of age and residence in Hamburg before the prize is awarded.

8.2. The winner agrees to cooperate with The Organizer for promotional purposes, including providing their name and a photograph for marketing materials.

‍9. Liability

‍9.1. The Organizer is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage suffered as a result of the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded under German law.

9.2. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion if unforeseen circumstances arise.

‍10. Data Protection

‍10.1. Participants' personal data will be used solely for the purposes of administering the promotion and in accordance with applicable data protection laws in Germany.

10.2. Data will not be shared with third parties without the participant's explicit consent.

‍11. Dispute Resolution‍

11.1. All disputes arising from or in connection with this promotion shall be subject to German law.

11.2. The courts of Hamburg shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
